Don’t limit your challenges…Challenge your limits!!
Here is a 30 day upper body challenge! There are just 4 exercises which you will be doing every day (expect the rest days whcih I thought I would generously give you!) and you will be building then up and increasing through the 30 days.
It is a challenge so it will get harder but as always you can modify and hopefully integrate full options later on. All exercises in this challenge are equipment free and there are modifications for most… so it’s suitable for ALL levels!
